Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn is the perfect easy dessert recipe for cinnamon lovers out there. So simple to make in just a couple minutes. So tasty too!
Today is my son’s birthday & since he’s a HUGE LOVER of all things cinnamon, I created something super special for him today. I hope you love popcorn! I used our air popper that I picked up for only $20 a few months ago.
Just a bag of popcorn kernels & the air popper is all I need to get this recipe going. Then I took some white chocolate, cinnamon/sugar mix & of course some of his favorite cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I have to say, it was the perfect surprise for him today. He was in heaven!

This worked out great for a fun, quick & easy snack that everyone loved. Because I make popcorn recipes so frequently, I have so many different combinations to keep things from getting boring during snack time but this one is extra special.
It’s so delicious, I couldn’t stop munching. I had to walk away from the bowl. It was a good thing my son is so crazy for cinnamon & so he pretty much polished this off before I could eat too much.
Now if only the box of cereal would last a little longer when he’s around. Then I could make another batch. I can’t wait to share more of my favorite popcorn recipes here soon. Stay tuned.
